John Cameron
John Cameron was the son of Alexander Cameron and Barbara Simpson. He was born at Inglewood near Merriwa in New South Wales, Australia, on 15 August 1870.
Also known as "Jack Cameron", he was a tall man. He was involved in the mining industry and, at one time, worked in the tin mining industry in Malaya.
He married Sara Lin Oy Ah Mung, daughter of Wong Ah Mung who had gone to Australia from Canton.
